Het Graduate Development Program
Ben jij recent afgestudeerd met een master in een technische richting en klaar om jouw kennis in de praktijk te brengen? Met het Graduate Development Program start je jouw carrière in een internationale productieomgeving.
Dit 12-maandenprogramma biedt je de kans om onze technologieën, productieprocessen en organisatie van dichtbij te leren kennen. Je werkt samen met ervaren engineers, technische specialisten en operationele leiders en ontwikkelt je zowel professioneel als persoonlijk.
Internationale ervaring en ontwikkeling in Nederland
Tijdens het programma doe je ervaring op binnen verschillende disciplines, waaronder productie, maintenance, quality en continuous improvement. Daarnaast neem je deel aan drie internationale rotaties binnen O-I-locaties in Europa. Je ontdekt verschillende productietechnologieën, werkt samen met internationale collega's en bouwt een waardevol netwerk op.
Na afloop bekijken we samen welke functie binnen onze Nederlandse organisatie het beste aansluit bij jouw talenten en ambities. Zo leg je een stevige basis voor een langdurige carrière bij O-I.

Wie ben jij?
Je bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch sterk en ambitieus. Je neemt initiatief, werkt graag samen en voelt je thuis in een internationale, technische omgeving.
Daarnaast:
- Heb je een afgeronde masteropleiding in bijvoorbeeld Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek, Chemische Technologie, Industrial Engineering & Management of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
- Beheers je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed.
- Ben je bereid internationaal te reizen.
- Heb je interesse in productieprocessen, technologie en continue verbetering.

Core Responsibilities
You will participate in a 12-month international traineeship involving rotations across various production disciplines including maintenance, quality, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with experienced engineers and operational leaders to learn production technologies and contribute to organizational goals.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a technical field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, along with a willingness to travel internationally for rotations.
