The Role This is not a traditional Corporate Recruitment role. At CM.com, recruitment touches everything related to attracting talent: from sourcing and headhunting to onboarding and employer branding, campus recruitment, event management and recruitment automation (AI). You'll work directly with Dennis (Corporate Recruiter) in a compact team with a lot of ownership. There's plenty of room to make it your own. You bring your own structure, judgement, and pace. Communication is direct, decisions are made quickly, and you'll have a short line to leadership. Think creative referral programs, organizing the CM Recruitment Event, process optimization and automations, and delivering recruitment trainings. Core Responsibilities

Own recruitment from intake through offer, including sourcing, headhunting, candidate experience, and hiring for strategic AI-focused roles as well as urgent business needs across global teams. Advise leaders on workforce planning, manage staffing suppliers and university partnerships, and lead recruitment projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates should have recruitment experience and a strong interest in people, fair hiring, and how AI is transforming work. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; project management and process optimization experience are strong advantages.
