Job Description

This role is responsible for designing and operating a global data-driven supply chain analytics function, with a strong focus on end-to-end product traceability. The goal is to continuously improve, ensure supply chain reliability and product visibility across the supply chain of Italfarmaco. Key responsibilities include: Leading KPI improvement initiatives across the supply chain organization. Monitoring and analyzing alerts to proactively prevent supply disruptions and compliance issues. Developing, implementing, and maintaining issue management, escalation, and root cause analysis processes. Ensuring product traceability systems, processes, and standards comply with global regulations and internal quality standards. Improving data quality, supply chain visibility, and operational performance. Acting as a subject matter expert in serialization, product traceability, and supply chain monitoring. Qualifications Experience with supply chain systems (ERP, warehouse management, tracking systems) Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets Experience with dashboards and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Understanding of supply chain processes and logistics flows Ability to design structured data and reporting frameworks Minimum Education Requirements Master degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics or Bachelor degree with experience

Requirements

Requires experience with supply chain systems and processes, strong analytical skills working with large datasets, and experience with dashboards or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Requires a master's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Data Analytics, or a bachelor's degree combined with experience.
