A proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to investigate issues and escalate risks when necessary. A patient-focused mindset, recognizing the importance of every individual order and its impact on treatment timelines. A collaborative and adaptable working style, with the ability to work effectively across international teams and different cultures.
