Location: Amstelveen, Netherlands (onsite) Pearl Abyss, the studio behind the critically acclaimed Black Desert and Crimson Desert franchise, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Graphic Designer who will join our design team to support our European Publishing Office. In this role, you will help create innovative marketing assets that engage millions of players across PC, mobile, and console platforms. As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with publishing and development teams to deliver impactful creative materials tailored to European audiences. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of both our current titles and upcoming releases, including DokeV, and PLAN 8. Core Responsibilities

Create and localize marketing visuals for digital campaigns, social media, web, newsletters, and print, maintaining consistent branding and preparing assets for production. Collaborate with publishing, development, video, motion design, administration, and HR teams to deliver audience-focused creative materials for games and internal employee branding.

Requirements

A degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Illustration, or equivalent experience, and at least five years of design experience are required; gaming industry experience is a plus. Candidates should have strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, attention to detail, flexibility with feedback and deadlines, and full professional proficiency in English.
