Job Description As a Senior Scrum Master, you support multiple teams in increasing their autonomy, maturity, and delivery reliability. At the same time, you look beyond individual teams and work on improvements across the entire value stream, collaborating with the RTE on the continuous improvement of the foundation. You are an experienced change agent who makes patterns visible, does not shy away from difficult conversations, and delivers sustainable improvements. Based on your experience, you know when to facilitate, coach, advise, or intervene firmly. You are not evaluated on organizing ceremonies, but on the sustainable improvements you achieve for teams and the organization. You help the business area continuously improve its ability to deliver value more effectively and predictably in a constantly evolving environment. Your responsibilities include: Increasing the agile maturity of teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders; Improving collaboration within and between teams; Guiding complex transformation initiatives within a SAFe organization; Increasing predictability, flow, and customer value; Providing insight into predictability and effectiveness in order to drive improvement; Using Azure reporting as well as team effectiveness measurements to support continuous improvement; Identifying and resolving structural impediments at team, process, and organizational level; Developing a culture of continuous improvement and ownership; Coaching and developing teams and their Product Owners; Strengthening the SAFe and agile mindset. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's level working and thinking ability (HBO level); At least 7 years of demonstrable experience in an agile role as a Scrum Master; Proven experience coaching and supporting at least three teams simultaneously; Experience as a Scrum Master within complex IT and business environments; Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken; Experience working in a SAFe environment or a comparable scaled agile framework; Minimum PSM II certification; Strong change management capabilities and experience with organizational development; Experience with data-driven improvement based on flow and delivery metrics. Strong analytical skills combined with a systemic perspective; Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines. Core Responsibilities

Coach multiple teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to improve agile maturity, collaboration, autonomy, and delivery reliability in a SAFe environment. Drive sustainable improvements across teams and the value stream by addressing impediments, using delivery and effectiveness data, and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement and ownership.

Requirements

Requires at least seven years of Scrum Master experience, including coaching at least three teams simultaneously in complex IT and business environments, and experience with SAFe or a comparable scaled agile framework. Candidates need PSM II certification, strong change management and organizational development capabilities, data-driven improvement experience, analytical and stakeholder-influencing skills, excellent Dutch, and at least HBO-level working and thinking ability (bachelor's level).
