Your perspectives with usAs a technical consultant at Serviceware Benelux in Leiden, you ensure that healthcare organizations can configure their operational processes in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will have approximately 20 colleagues in Leiden and you collaborate within a team consisting of 2 functional consultants and 3 technical consultants. Your new office is located close to Leiden Central Station, making it easily accessible by public transport, bicycle, or car. The office is modern and fully equipped with all conveniences. Furthermore, you will regularly visit clients spread across the Netherlands. As a company, we are part of a larger group with 14 locations across 8 countries. These tasks are waiting for youAs a technical consultant, you are responsible for the successful installation and configuration of our software solutions. You carry out implementations in teams of at least one functional and one technical consultant. In addition, you work in a close-knit team where AI is playing an increasingly prominent role. You will have the freedom to navigate the latest developments within the healthcare IT market and AI together with your team. You will perform the following activities: Installing and configuring our software in close collaboration with our clients; Setting up and developing integrations with various healthcare applications; Configuring (virtual) servers in collaboration with Cloud Management; Performing system and acceptance tests; Contributing to the further development and refinement of our product. You will manage multiple implementations simultaneously, with projects lasting between 2 and 8 months. After implementation, you continue to support the client and keep them informed of new developments. What you have to offerTogether, we strive for flawless software implementations. This occasionally requires some creativity, both in terms of technical skills and communication abilities. As a technical consultant, you possess both traits. Furthermore, you bring: Autonomy and problem-solving skills; At least 2 years of experience with: Software implementations Developing interfaces/integrations between systems Project-based work Knowledge of HL7 and the medical sector is a plus At least an HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level; Affinity with AI (leveraging AI for technical development; setting up agents; configuring MCP servers); Fluency in Dutch and English; Possession of a category B driver's license. Core Responsibilities
Install and configure software solutions for healthcare clients, develop integrations with healthcare applications, configure virtual servers, and conduct system and acceptance testing. Manage multiple implementation projects, support clients after launch, and contribute to product development and refinement.
Requirements
Candidates need at least two years of experience in software implementations, system integrations, and project-based work, along with autonomy and strong problem-solving skills. The role requires HBO-level education or equivalent, Dutch and English fluency, an affinity with AI, and a category B driver's license; knowledge of HL7 and the medical sector is a plus.
