That's why we're looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager who wants to grow and develop our quality further with the scope of our licences. Working at Grovet You'll be working at our facility in Soesterberg 5 days a week closely with our colleagues across different departments, including the Warehouse and Quality team. What you bring We're looking for someone who combines: Knowledge of and experience with GDP guidelines Knowledge of the market in which Grovet operates Knowledge of pharmacy and/or wholesale distribution Management Alert Excellent command of the Dutch and English language Confidence in using Microsoft Office, Software Technology and other IT systems A self-starting attitude with ownership, accountability, and growth mindset Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role HBO/WO working and thinking level in pharmacy, biomedical sciences or health sciences. You will: Keep up to date with (changes in) laws and regulations, so that medicines sold by Grovet comply with the guideline for the EU Veterinary Medicinal Products Regulation 2019/6 Prepare and conduct audits in line with GDP, so that internal and external audits are carried out carefully and corrective measures are taken if necessary Monitor and supervise compliance with the GDP guidelines within the organization, to ensure that Grovet consistently delivers a guaranteed high quality of the products to the market Provide training and information to the relevant employees, to ensure that the GDP guidelines and EU Veterinary Medicinal Products Regulation 2019/6 can be accurately followed Be the lead on the quality team development and work closely with the CEO and RP on future development of Grovet quality management system Please note that this role will also involve being the point of contact for quality concerns outside of normal working hours on a shared rota. Core Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Grovet B.V.'s quality culture and quality management system, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, the EU Veterinary Medicinal Products Regulation 2019/6, and GDP guidelines. Lead audits, monitor compliance, implement corrective measures, train employees, and work with the CEO and Responsible Person on quality system development.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience, knowledge of GDP guidelines and the veterinary pharmacy or wholesale distribution market, and an HBO/WO-level background in pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or health sciences. Excellent Dutch and English, confidence with Microsoft Office and other IT systems, and a self-starting approach are required; RP/WQP qualification is preferred, with willingness to train to RP level.
