The role You are an all-round gen AI creator and builder in the Dutch team. You create and edit image and video with AI, from prompt and references to assets that are on-brand and client-ready. You keep going until consistency, product details, light and compositing are right. You help clients set up their content production pipelines and workflows with AI: which steps, which models, where a human reviews, how brand guidelines are enforced. You build those workflows together with the team in Nairobi and hand them over. You keep track of which image and video models and platforms exist and what they are worth, and you test new models within a week on real client cases. And you think along: clients come with a content question, the real problem is usually behind it (scale, consistency, speed, who does what), and sometimes the answer is an agent instead of an asset. Full-time, Oostzaan, with daily contact with Nairobi. What you bring You know all relevant image and video models and platforms, and have used them on a daily basis for the last 18 months. You know what to do with node-based tools and an API call, and more importantly, you know how to build gen AI workflows for our clients. A creative foundation: you understand visual language, brand and composition. A degree in design, film, media or creative technology is nice; your portfolio weighs more. Photoshop for image; for video you work fluently in tools like CapCut or Wondershare to finish AI output. You understand working with agents: Hermes, Claude, the GPT models, and how to use them to create and edit content, both hands-on and agentic. Native Dutch and fluent in English; English is the working language with Nairobi. You don't need to know everything; you need to learn fast and keep going. Core Responsibilities

Create and refine AI-generated images and videos into consistent, on-brand, client-ready assets, and test new models on real client projects. Design and build AI content workflows with clients and the Nairobi team, including review steps and brand controls, then hand them over; identify when an agent or process solution is more appropriate than an asset.

Requirements

Candidates should have used relevant image and video models and platforms daily for at least 18 months, understand node-based tools, API calls, and client workflow design, and have a strong creative foundation. They should be fluent in Photoshop and video finishing tools such as CapCut or Wondershare, understand AI agents and content tools, speak native Dutch and fluent English, and learn quickly; a relevant creative degree is a plus rather than a requirement.
