Job Description
Main Goal To monitor & control of Field Production Quality as per standard and target. Job Description Follow Field Production Quality policy and procedure. Communicate and collect information to superior for policy improvement. Implement testing/inspecting activities as planned. Carried out Field Inspection and GOT activities to meet standard requirement & procedures. Co-ordinate with Field Production/Foundation and report to superior. Carry out new technology activities as assigned. Implement within provided budget. Provide Field quality data and update status to superior. Reviewing and preparing Field Quality data for weekly and monthly reports submitted to superior. Responsibility for QA Lab and QMS jobs/activities as assigned Ensuring that work complies with HSEQ standard and policy. Conduct training quality standard for growers. Visit and service customer by visit dealer/farmer field including gathering feedback and customer requirements. Travel time (in the field): 70% What We Expect Of You To work under approval resources. Core Responsibilities
Monitor and control field production quality by conducting inspections and testing, maintaining quality data, and preparing weekly and monthly reports. Coordinate with field production and foundation teams, support QA lab and quality management system activities, train growers, and visit customers to gather feedback and requirements.
Requirements
The role expects the technician to follow quality procedures and HSEQ standards, work within approved resources and budgets, and adapt promptly to change. It also requires collaboration and communication with supervisors and field teams, along with customer visits and substantial field travel, stated as 70% of working time.
