As Head of Transfer Agency & Investor Services (HoTA), you are responsible for the investor administration of our private assets and liquid investment funds. From closings and capital calls to transactions, distributions and investor reporting: you make sure everything runs correctly on time and in accordance with applicable regulations. Together with the Head of CDD, you lead a team of specialists in the Netherlands and will also work closely with our Center of Excellence in Bulgaria. You report directly to the management board and are a key point of contact for fund managers. The HoTA is expected to continuously develop both personally as well as professionally and deliver added value to all disciplines within Trustmoore and contribute to the further growth of our office. Main responsibilities are: Co-leading the team in the Netherlands together with the Head of CDD, and working closely with our team in Bulgaria Safeguarding the quality, planning and internal controls within the investor administration Guiding closings, commitments, capital calls, distributions and transfers for private asset funds from start to finish Reviewing and processing fund documentation, such as LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements and term sheets, and translating it into the correct set-up in the AssetCare Portal Managing transaction processing for liquid funds, including subscriptions, redemptions and switches Monitoring dealing cycles and investor registers, and aligning with Fund Accounting to keep everything accurate and consistent Ensuring timely and accurate reporting for investors and fund managers, including regulatory reporting such as FATCA/CRS Acting as the main point of contact for auditors and keeping the Transfer Agency process demonstrably in control, including for ISAE audits Identifying opportunities for improvement and further automating the AssetCare Portal together with Product & Engineering HOW DO YOU FIT IN THE TEAM? As a Head of Transfer Agency and Investor Services you not only master the operation, but also develop it further. The entire Transfer Agency process runs on our own AssetCare Portal. You will work directly with our Product Manager and software engineers in Amsterdam to improve and automate processes. In this way, you will build a scalable service that grows along with AssetCare and our international expansion. A helicopter view is required, you are proactive, know what you are capable of, possess good communication skills and not afraid of asking questions. Other relevant qualifications for this profile: A university Degree in Law (corporate/ company/ fiscal law) or Finance is preferable, but not mandatory; Relevant work experience of minimum 5 years in Transfer Agency, investor administration of fund operations. Entrepreneurial business focus and problem-solving attitude; Fluent in English (both orally and in writing), knowledge of Dutch is an advantage; Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong team player; Must be able to work on multiple issues, change priorities and organize workload; Is quality focused, business-minded with ability to deliver excellent service to our clients. Core Responsibilities

Lead and co-manage the Netherlands Transfer Agency team, coordinating with the Bulgaria Center of Excellence while overseeing investor administration for private asset and liquid funds. Ensure accurate and timely fund transactions, investor registers and reporting, maintain effective controls and audit readiness, and improve and automate processes through the AssetCare Portal.

Requirements

At least five years of relevant experience in transfer agency, investor administration, or fund operations is required; a university degree in Law or Finance is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be fluent in English and demonstrate leadership, communication, organization, quality focus, business-mindedness, independence, teamwork, and a proactive problem-solving approach; Dutch is an advantage.
