At MantiSpectra, we are looking for a versatile Embedded Electronics Engineer with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and a strong expertise in mixed signals (digital/analogue) to join our team at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. What You’ll Do * Full-Cycle Development: Own the process from schematic design and PCB layout to firmware implementation and prototype assembly. * Mixed-Signal & Sensors: Work primarily with digital architectures, embedded firmware, and sensor integration, alongside practical analog interface design. * Bring-up & Debugging: Passive soldering 0402 skills , Test, measure, and debug hardware in the lab with a true maker approach. * Quality & Execution: Help integrate engineering workflows into our ISO 9001 quality framework, as system architect. What We’re Looking For * Broad expertise in embedded systems, digital hardware, mixed signals, and low-level firmware/software. * Practical experience with sensor systems and digital/analog signal chains, and a proven portfolio of successful projects. * Proactive, cross-functional attitude—equally comfortable with a soldering iron (passive soldering 0402), an oscilloscope, and code, as well as reporting documents. Core Responsibilities
Own full-cycle embedded electronics development, from schematic design and PCB layout through firmware implementation and prototype assembly. Integrate sensors and mixed-signal hardware, test and debug prototypes in the lab, and help align engineering workflows with the ISO 9001 quality framework.
Requirements
