Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Software Developer (Python) to join us as an External Consultant and contribute to the design, development, integration, and optimization of scalable AI-based software solutions within an international technology environment. In this role, you will focus on Python development, AI model integration, modular software components, and AI-powered processing pipelines, working with open-source AI technologies to enhance existing applications and develop reliable, maintainable solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and optimize scalable AI-based software solutions Research, evaluate, and test open-source AI models for specific data processing requirements Integrate AI models into modular software components and existing applications Design and develop pipelines combining multiple AI-based modules Develop new features, maintain existing applications, and resolve software defects using Python Contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software functionality, reliability, and quality Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design decisions, implementation details, and usage instructions Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle Requirements Senior Level (Level 2), meeting one of the following mandatory education and experience criteria: A university degree requiring at least 4 years of study, followed by a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience OR a university degree requiring at least 3 years of study, followed by a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience Minimum 2 years of professional experience developing AI-based software solutions Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience writing clean, efficient, and scalable Python code Participation in at least one project involving the integration of AI models Participation in at least one project involving AI model integration into modular components and/or pipelines combining multiple AI-based modules Good working knowledge of Python Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals Good knowledge of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and Docker Good knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile Ability to develop, maintain, test, and troubleshoot software applications English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to Have Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable AI-based software solutions At least 1 year of experience developing test datasets and automated evaluations to measure AI system performance and model accuracy Experience detecting regressions following AI model or prompt changes Knowledge of statistical concepts and evaluation metrics, including precision, recall, F1-score, and error rates Experience working in international and multicultural environments Ability to participate effectively in multilingual meetings Strong adaptability to rapidly evolving AI technologies and software development practices You will be a great candidate for us if you Have strong hands-on expertise in Python and AI software development Enjoy researching, evaluating, and integrating AI models into practical software solutions Can design maintainable, modular, and scalable software components Are comfortable working with APIs, microservices, Docker, and AI integration pipelines Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Take ownership of software quality, testing, and technical documentation Communicate effectively with technical teams in an international environment Are motivated to explore emerging AI technologies and continuously improve existing solutions Benefits Why join inventYOU Work on innovative AI and Machine Learning software development projects Contribute to the development and integration of AI-powered enterprise solutions Gain exposure to modern Python, AI models, APIs, microservices, and containerization technologies Collaborate with experienced software engineering and AI professionals Work within an international technology and consulting environment Continue developing your expertise in AI engineering and scalable software development

Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, integrate, and optimize scalable AI software solutions using Python, including AI models, modular components, and processing pipelines. Maintain and test applications, resolve defects, contribute to architecture decisions, document technical work, and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

Requires a qualifying university degree and six or seven years of relevant professional experience, at least two years developing AI software and two years of hands-on Python development, plus participation in an AI model integration project. Candidates should understand AI/ML fundamentals, software architecture, APIs, microservices, Docker, and Agile, and have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
