Your Responsibilities as QA Coordinator : Ensuring the adherence to the principles of the Quality Manual Managing the quality systems Assessing the effectiveness and application of the quality assurance system Drafting documents relating to quality assurance Managing the flow of incidents and non-conformities Monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Carrying out internal audits and managing external audits Managing staff training Preparing the annual management review Overseeing all the Quality Department’s operational activities and documents Managing Change Control Recommending changes to working processes Your Profile as QA Coordinator : Good knowledge of MS Office Good verbal and written proficiency in French and English. Dutch and any other language is a plus Experience in interacting with senior and middle management and working within / leading cross-functional teams Experience in Quality management programs (ISOxxxx, GDP, GMP). Good knowledge in general business processes Very good reporting skills Accurate worker who is able to perform with deadlines Teamplayer with a pro-active attitude Why Yusen Logistics? Core Responsibilities
Oversee quality assurance activities and systems, including audits, incident and non-conformity management, CAPA, change control, staff training, and quality documentation. Review the effectiveness of the quality system, prepare the annual management review, and recommend improvements to working processes.
Requirements
Candidates should have experience with quality management programs such as ISO standards, GDP, or GMP, and be comfortable working with senior and middle management and cross-functional teams. The role requires strong French and English communication, MS Office proficiency, business process knowledge, accurate reporting, and a proactive, deadline-focused team approach.
