Over de functie As an Orderpicker at Albert Heijn Bleiswijk, you play a vital role in keeping the online orders running smoothly. Your daily routine includes picking orders with a handheld scanner, checking the quality of products, and managing stock levels. With the scanner, you’ll see exactly which item goes to which location, scan barcodes, and ensure every order is accurate. You’ll work in a modern warehouse, often in cool conditions to keep products fresh. The environment is lively, with team members supporting each other to get the job done. Your main tasks are: Picking online orders using a scanner; Checking order quality before shipment; Managing and organizing stock in the warehouse; Following clear location and barcode systems; Collaborating with your team to meet daily targets. You’ll work in a 3-shift system: Morningshift: 06:00 – 14:30; Afternoonshift: 14:30 – 23:00; Nightshift: 23:00 – 06:00. Over het bedrijf You will be working at the Albert Heijn warehouse in Bleiswijk, where groceries are collected and prepared for shipment on a daily basis. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time. You will join a diverse team where colleagues help one another and work together to achieve daily goals. Naturally, you won't be on your own as a new team member; you will receive guidance from a buddy to help you quickly learn the ropes and find your place within the team. Requirements

Applicants must have at least one year of experience as an order picker or in a similar logistics role, their own accommodation in the Netherlands, and basic English communication skills. They must be willing to work a three-shift schedule and weekends, and be comfortable with physical work and cold warehouse conditions.
