What You'll Be Doing You’ll be part of two dynamic teams: ✨ NPD Operations Team Think of this team as the glue that holds the innovation process together. We’re the connectors between creative minds and operational excellence—ensuring everything flows smoothly from idea to shelf. ✨ Body & Beauty Category Team Here’s where the magic happens—from concept to launch. You’ll get a front-row seat to how fragrances, formulations, and designs come to life, and learn all about the processes and people that make it happen. You’re a HBO/WO student with a passion for Innovation, Design, Marketing, or anything that sparks creativity Hands-on, proactive, and structured in your approach Detail-oriented and accurate Entrepreneurial spirit with a creative twist Great communicator and relationship builder Fluent in English (spoken and written) Skilled in PowerPoint, Outlook, Excell, ideally Adobe tools and AI-savvy Bonus points if you love fragrance, cosmetics, and product design! Core Responsibilities
Support the NPD Operations and Body & Beauty Category teams in coordinating the innovation process and bringing products from concept through launch. Gain exposure to product fragrances, formulations, designs, and the operational processes involved in developing and improving the product portfolio.
Requirements
Applicants must be actively enrolled in an HBO or WO study program for the full six-month internship, starting February 2027, and be available for 32–40 hours per week. They should be proactive, structured, detail-oriented, creative, and fluent in written and spoken English, with skills in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel; Adobe tools and familiarity with AI are advantageous.
