You ensure that your team performs well, continues to develop and feels valued. Monitor processes and coordinate with fellow Teamleaders to ensure smooth operations Coach team members on their performance and personal development Create a safe and positive working environment where everyone feels welcome Conduct performance, absence and development conversations Keep personnel planning and time registration up to date This is you You are a natural leader who has an eye for both people and processes. Core Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of approximately 20 Warehouse Operators, monitor inbound processes, and coordinate with other Teamleaders to maintain smooth operations. Maintain personnel planning and time records, conduct performance and development conversations, and foster a safe, positive working environment.

Requirements

At least one year of leadership experience is required, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment. Candidates should have strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and be reliable, calm under pressure, and attentive to both people and processes.
