  • support the configuration, management, and optimisation of AI tools, workflows, and AI environments;
  • support the translation of user needs and business challenges into practical improvement proposals and potential solution;
  • execute testing activities and support pilots, proofs of concept, and the introduction of new AI capabilities;
  • collect user feedback and usage insights and translate them into concrete improvements;
  • support adoption by developing documentation, user guides, demonstrations, and training materials;
  • monitor the use and performance of AI solutions and collaborate with engineers, IT colleagues, and vendors to drive continuous improvement.

This role is really for you, because you have:

a bachelor's or master's degree in Law, Business Analytics, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business & IT, Innovation Management, or a comparable field;

  • a strong interest in technology, innovation, and the practical application of AI within organisations;
  • an affinity with AI tools, workflow design, low-code/no-code platforms, process improvement, or similar technologies;
  • a passion for working with users and supporting colleagues in adopting new technologies;
  • strong analytical skills and the ability to translate user needs into practical solutions;
  • strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • strong communication skills, a good command of English, and the motivation to help drive the AI transformation of Loyens & Loeff.

About the team

You will join the AI Solutions team, part of the Innovation department. This multidisciplinary and international team plays a central role in the firm's AI transformation and develops, implements, and manages AI solutions across all legal practice groups and business support functions.

As a Junior AI Engineer, you will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines and gain hands-on experience with AI solutions that are actively used by professionals across the firm. You will have the opportunity to explore emerging AI technologies, experiment with prototypes, and contribute to the further development of AI solutions across Loyens & Loeff.
