FUNCTIE
Als frisse en energieke Customer Service Air Freight verricht je operationele en administratieve werkzaamheden met betrekking tot het exporteren van luchtvrachtzendingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit het opmaken van transportdocumenten, (douane)bescheiden en het begeleiden van transport vanaf leverancier tot eind ontvanger. Vanzelfsprekend heb je ook direct contact met onze klanten, internationale agenten en luchtvaartmaatschappijen.

OVER JOU
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift
- MBO Niveau 4
- Kennis van MS Office
- Affiniteit met de transportmarkt (vervoerders, verladers, brancheorganisaties)
- Basis kennis van luchtvaartwetgeving, transport en douanezaken
- Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
- Flexibele werkhouding
- Klantgericht en administratief accuraat

Core Responsibilities
You will perform operational and administrative tasks related to the export of air freight shipments, including preparing transport and customs documents. Additionally, you will manage transport from supplier to final recipient while maintaining direct contact with customers, international agents, and airlines.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses MBO Level 4 education and excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English. You should have knowledge of MS Office, basic understanding of aviation legislation and customs, and a flexible, customer-oriented mindset.
