THE PROGRAMME

Starting in August 2027, our Management Trainee Program is an accelerated 12-month learning journey taking place at our hotel properties, designed for aspiring talent with a passion to build a career in the luxury lifestyle sector. The program is dedicated to developing you with on-the-job training, exposure to corporate senior leaders, workshops, and individual self-paced learning. With a tailored learning experience for you to craft your own career journey, we champion your strengths and foster continuous improvement to prepare your journey of becoming future leaders of Rosewood Hotel Group.

THE DEPARTMENT

The Food & Beverage Department creates memorable and lasting experiences with a genuine desire to surprise and delight guests in our restaurants, bars and event spaces. Our goal is to create experiences driven by innovation and refinement while fostering environments that embrace conviviality, approachability, and a sense of timelessness.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Recent graduate of bachelor's degree or above with top academic results

• Less than 2 years of post-graduate work experience

• At least two internships, or one 6-month equivalent internship experience with leading companies of any industry

• Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English. Proficiency in the local language is a plus

For memorable gatherings and events, our hotel offers a selection of beautifully appointed spaces, including a grand 3,000-square-foot ballroom, all equipped with the latest in audio-visual technology and bathed in natural light. The design throughout the hotel honors the rich history of the building while offering modern luxuries, creating a seamless flow between contrasting yet complementary spaces.

The heart of our public areas are the inviting lobby lounge, featuring a curated library with legal tomes, artful photographs, and unique artifacts. Guests can unwind in this sophisticated setting, overlooking our three distinct, lushly landscaped courtyards, each providing a peaceful oasis amidst the vibrancy of Amsterdam.
