Job Description
As a Shift Leader Service, you are responsible for the daily coordination of the department. You divide the workload, monitor progress, and support employees with day-to-day questions and issues. You also ensure that all work is carried out according to established quality and safety standards.
What will you be doing?
Assigning and coordinating daily tasks.
Supporting employees on the shop floor.
Monitoring quality, safety, and production targets.
Identifying and resolving operational issues.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure work flows smoothly
Managing shift handovers and required administrative tasks.
In addition, you play an important role in onboarding and developing employees
What do you bring to the role?
You enjoy helping and mentoring your coworkers.
You can maintain a clear overview and aren’t afraid to take on responsibility.
You work meticulously and have an eye for quality and safety.
You enjoy learning the 6S method and putting it into practice on the shop floor.
Experience in production, logistics, or technical environment.
You have a good command of spoken and written English.

A 38-hour working week on a two-shift rotation (06:00–14:15 and 14:15–22:30. On Fridays until 20:30.)30 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
