During your Butler internship, you will be part of an enthusiastic team and involved in the daily needs of guests in a luxury 5-star hotel. What You Will Do As a Butler Intern, you will support the Butler team in providing a personalized guest experience, learning to anticipate and proactively respond to guests' needs. You will arrange the room according to the guest's wishes and provide the appropriate amenities. You will assist in welcoming and checking out guests, help them settle in and arrange various requests. In addition, you will contribute to a smooth and pleasant guest journey, from arrival to departure. Who You Are This internship is part of your education (6 months minimum) Prepared to work effectively in a dynamic environment Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks Positive and dynamic team player You are proactive and eager to learn Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus Good communication skills to collaborate with the team and management Striving to get the most out of your internship. Core Responsibilities

Support the Butler team in delivering personalized service by anticipating guest needs, preparing rooms to guests’ preferences, and providing appropriate amenities. Assist with welcoming and checking out guests, helping them settle in, coordinating requests, and ensuring a smooth guest journey from arrival to departure.

Requirements

The internship must be part of the candidate’s education and last at least six months. Candidates should be proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, accurate, effective in a dynamic team environment, fluent in English, and able to communicate well; additional languages and hospitality experience are advantageous.
