We are now looking for a Maintenance Technician Shop to join our Mainteancne Shop Team located in Zuidland and who will assist us in making a valuable difference in the century to come. We ensure that compressors continue to operate for years to come through maintenance plans, supply of OEM parts, service calls and equipment modifications to today's technology or changed operating conditions and repairs. The Technicians perform under supervision of the Supervisor Shop Floor for compressor systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment, particularly reciprocating compressors according with the customer’s set safety and quality requirements. What needs to be done? Makethe necessary preparation for work orders applied by theEngineering and Work preparation departmentincluding the required materials and tools. Independently carry out workaccording to the established workorder. Preparation of Measurement protocols and Inspectionreports. Independently reading technical drawings and choosing the best possible technical solutions with engineering. Follows up on set quality and safety requirements. Observes and reports unsafe situations. Contributes to the improvement of own safety and quality awareness. What do you need to bring? Core Responsibilities

Prepare and independently complete work orders for compressor systems, including selecting required materials and tools and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on rotating equipment. Prepare measurement protocols and inspection reports, interpret technical drawings, coordinate technical solutions with engineering, and follow safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

The role requires an MBO-level technical qualification, such as mechanical engineering, and experience with reciprocating compressors and rotating equipment. Candidates should hold VCA Full certification and demonstrate customer orientation, flexibility, results orientation, accuracy, and strong safety, environmental, and quality awareness.
