Find partners and customers for companies working in energy, biotech and AI, with your mornings, evenings and weekends free to enjoy Bali. 4–6 months · 25-hour week, 11 AM–5 PM · lunch Monday to Friday · unpaid · next start: 1 November 2026 (we hire on a rolling basis, later starts are possible) What you will do Research markets, look for new partners and customers, and get in touch with them. You'll learn how to find leads, how to pitch, and how to build good relationships with companies, supporting deal flow for our portfolio companies. It's practical work, and you'll be treated as part of the team from the first week. Who we are Thirty years building companies across New York, London, and Tokyo, now operating from a 4,000 sqm campus in Canggu. $150M+ raised and deployed across energy, bioproduction, and AI infrastructure. Depending on team needs and your interests, you may work on: Zero-X: thermochemical conversion and distributed energy, 200+ systems live across 11 countries Seraph Group: decentralized bioproduction combining AI, robotics, and synthetic biology Gemino AI: safe reinforcement learning for industrial control, plus Project Maya, a wearable AI platform What you will leave with Practical experience in finding partners, pitching, and building relationships with companies An internship certificate Full support with university requirements: we handle the paperwork and join meetings with your university An international community of interns and engineers A path to a full-time role across the group for strong interns What it costs This internship is unpaid. Indonesian visa rules for internships require it, so we can't offer stipends or scholarships. You cover your own flights, visa, and living costs. Lunch is on us Monday to Friday, and rooms on campus are available at competitive rates. Living in Bali typically costs about €500–1,000 per month, depending on your lifestyle. Requirements

Applicants should be studying or recently graduated in business, economics, international business, or a related field, and be good at research and clear writing. They should be comfortable approaching new people, curious and reliable, and able to work on-site in Bali for 4–6 months; prior business development experience is not required.
