Senior Manager - Integrations and Carve-Outs Location: Amsterdam, Hybrid At Blue Rabbit, we help customers accelerate their digital transformation journey, increase organizational agility and innovate at scale by leveraging European, sovereign technology solutions. As a Senior Manager Integrations and Divestitures, you will lead end-to-end carve-outs, post-merger integrations, and divestiture projects across Europe. You will define integration strategies, oversee system separations, and ensure seamless migration of business processes and data. Working closely with our network of EU-based technology partners, you will align technical execution with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes such as cost synergies, operational efficiency, and compliance. Have experience in leading cross-functional teams through all phases of carve-outs, integrations, or divestitures (planning, execution, and post-deal optimization). Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end carve-outs, post-merger integrations, and divestiture projects across Europe, including integration strategy, system separation, and migration of business processes and data. Coordinate with technology partners to align execution with business objectives and deliver outcomes such as cost synergies, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Requirements

Candidates should have a proven record leading complex carve-outs, integrations, or divestitures and guiding cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and post-deal optimization. They should be experienced in managing stakeholders in high-stakes, time-sensitive projects, value hands-on results, and hold a PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Manager certification.
