Role Summary: The Senior Project Engineer – Quality will ensure project quality compliance on-site, focusing on Quality Plans (QP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP). This role acts as the key resource to enforce standards and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans and ITPs. Monitor and verify compliance of construction activities to quality standards. Conduct inspections and audits as required. Interface with contractors, construction teams, and client representatives regarding quality matters. Drive corrective and preventive actions and ensure documentation is updated. Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality-related discipline. Significant experience in site-based quality assurance roles. Expertise in QP, ITP, and relevant construction standards. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans, and verify that construction activities comply with applicable quality standards through inspections and audits. Coordinate quality matters with contractors, construction teams, and client representatives, drive corrective and preventive actions, and keep quality documentation current.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a quality-related discipline and significant experience in site-based quality assurance are required. Candidates should have expertise in Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans, and relevant construction standards, along with strong analytical, reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
