We are interested in people with good track records during their education and with a first successful and relevant job experience with the following services: Digitalisation, Marketing & Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, Pricing and Revenue Management or Procurement & Sourcing in retail or services or equivalent. You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics: strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering, operational excellence... You will get the opportunity to actively contribute and collaborate with colleagues on Sia internal activities: Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting innovation and challenges in on or more of these sectors Business development, by contributing to need definition and participating in our commercial initiatives Qualifications You have a Master's degree. You have 3-6 years relevant working experience (or PhD). Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions. You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer. Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required. What do we offer? Core Responsibilities

Deliver consulting projects involving strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering, and operational excellence. Contribute to developing and strengthening the firm's service offerings, and support business development by defining client needs and participating in commercial initiatives.

Requirements

A Master's degree and 3–6 years of relevant work experience, or a PhD, are required, along with strong analytical, communication, flexibility, and entrepreneurial abilities. Candidates must have excellent written and spoken English and Dutch, and an interest in data and AI-related topics; the employer states it cannot provide a work permit and will not accept non-Dutch speakers.
