Job Description

Workforce Europe is looking for experienced Industrial Insulation Fitters to join long-term projects across the Netherlands. You will work in industrial plants, refineries, and energy facilities, installing and maintaining thermal insulation systems on pipes, vessels, and industrial equipment. Responsibilities Install and remove industrial insulation materials on pipes, tanks, and machinery Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials according to technical drawings Apply finishing cladding (aluminum, stainless steel, or sheet metal) Work in compliance with strict industrial safety standards Inspect insulation systems for efficiency and quality Collaborate with scaffolders, welders, and mechanical teams on site Requirements Proven experience as an Industrial Insulation Fitter Knowledge of insulation materials (Armaflex, rock wool, PIR, etc.) Ability to read technical drawings VCA certificate is preferred Experience in industrial or petrochemical environments is a strong advantage Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces English communication skills EU citizenship or valid work authorization for the Netherlands What We Offer Monthly salary between €2,800–€4,200 gross Weekly payments Long-term industrial projects in the Netherlands Accommodation provided Transport to work sites Health insurance support Overtime opportunities International and stable working environment Apply Now Send your CV in English and join Workforce Europe for industrial insulation projects across the Netherlands. Core Responsibilities

Install, remove, measure, cut, and fit insulation on pipes, tanks, vessels, machinery, and other industrial equipment, following technical drawings. Apply metal cladding, inspect insulation quality and efficiency, follow industrial safety standards, and coordinate with other site teams.

Requirements

Applicants should have proven experience as an industrial insulation fitter, knowledge of insulation materials, and the ability to read technical drawings. A VCA certificate is preferred; industrial or petrochemical experience, the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, English communication skills, and EU citizenship or valid Dutch work authorization are also specified.
