Workforce Europe is hiring experienced Groundworkers for civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Netherlands. You will be working on roadworks, utility installations, drainage systems, and general site preparation for construction projects. Core Responsibilities

Excavate and prepare construction sites, dig trenches, install sewerage, water, and utility pipelines, and backfill and compact soil. Assist machine operators and site engineers while maintaining safe and clean working conditions.

Requirements

Applicants should have previous experience as a groundworker or in civil construction and knowledge of basic excavation and site preparation. They must be able to work outdoors and as part of a team, communicate in English, and have EU citizenship or valid work authorization for the Netherlands; a VCA certificate is an advantage.
