YOUR IMPACT As a Senior Consultant, you will combine hands-on technology skills with client-facing consulting and technical leadership. You will work with OpenText Process Automation, OpenText Content Manager and AI-enabled solutions to create secure, scalable experiences that deliver measurable impact. What The Role Offers Turn client ambitions and requirements into clear solution designs and practical delivery roadmaps. Design modern, secure and scalable architectures across process automation, content management, integration and AI. Lead and inspire technical delivery teams while remaining hands-on in configuration, development and problem-solving. Configure, build, test and deploy solutions with a strong focus on OpenText Process Automation, OpenText Content Manager and related technologies. Explore AI use cases such as intelligent document processing, content enrichment, conversational experiences and process optimisation. Support workshops, demos and pre-sales engagements, and communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging way. What You Need To Succeed Experience in consulting, solution delivery or software engineering, with the confidence to take ownership and collaborate with clients. Hands-on experience with OpenText solutions—ideally OpenText Process Automation, OpenText Content Manager or adjacent content and process platforms. A broad understanding of content, records, information governance and business process management. Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, application integration and modern development practices. Development or scripting skills in technologies such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, XML or REST services. An interest in generative and agentic AI, machine learning, intelligent automation or responsible AI—and the motivation to turn new ideas into useful solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical mindset for performance, reliability and continuous improvement. Understanding of Windows and Linux environments; cloud, container or DevOps experience is a plus. Clear communication in Dutch and English and the flexibility to work with diverse teams and clients across industries and locations. Core Responsibilities
Translate client requirements into solution designs and delivery roadmaps, and design secure, scalable architectures for process automation, content management, integration, and AI. Lead technical delivery while remaining hands-on in configuring, developing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting solutions, and support client workshops, demonstrations, and pre-sales engagements.
Requirements
Candidates should have consulting, solution delivery, or software engineering experience, hands-on familiarity with OpenText solutions or related platforms, and knowledge of content, records, information governance, and business process management. They should also bring development or scripting skills, familiarity with APIs and cloud or integration practices, an interest in AI and intelligent automation, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and proficiency in Dutch and English.
