We’re a small, ambitious team where your ideas and actions make a real impact. E-commerce Manager Full-time · On-site · Amsterdam Take ownership of TUBBLE’s online growth. You’ll run our webshop and marketplaces, improve conversion, and turn data into action. You’ll lead three interns across marketing and content, with the freedom and responsibility to get things done. Your responsibilities Grow sales through better listings, pricing, promotions, and customer experience. Track performance and turn insights into measurable improvements. Lead digital marketing and content execution. Coordinate inventory and fulfilment with operations. Finding en launching new products Coordinate the optimzation of SEO, Meta, Google Ads Optimzing sales on marketplaces like Amazon and Kaufland What you bring Proven experience growing a webshop or marketplace business. Strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics, and digital marketing. Clear communication, team leadership, and strong organizational skills. An entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, solve problems, and deliver results. What we offer €2,500–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience, plus a bonus linked to EBITDA. 70k - 100k OTE A canal-view office in central Amsterdam with a rooftop terrace. Core Responsibilities

Manage and grow TUBBLE’s webshop and marketplace sales by improving listings, pricing, promotions, customer experience, and conversion. Analyze performance, lead digital marketing and content execution, coordinate inventory and fulfillment, and support new product launches and marketplace optimization.

Requirements

The role requires proven experience growing a webshop or marketplace business, along with strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms, analytics, and digital marketing. Candidates should also bring clear communication, leadership and organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial, results-oriented approach.
