Good afternoon. I am the managing partner of a mid-sized law firm specialising in employment and immigration matters for businesses. Our website was built on WordPress with Elementor two years ago, and it serves us well. However, our team spends a significant amount of time answering the same basic questions by phone and email: which services we offer, what our fees look like, what documents to prepare, and how to book a consultation. We would like to add an AI assistant to the website that can handle these first-level questions accurately, using our own content and FAQs, and then hand the enquiry over to our team when appropriate. I am not technical, so I would rely on you to recommend the best approach. My main requirements are: Answers must be based only on our approved content, with no invented legal advice A clear disclaimer that the assistant does not provide legal advice Enquiries collected through the chat should reach our intake team by email It must look professional and match the existing Elementor design Client data must be handled carefully and in line with GDPR We are looking for someone who has integrated AI chat tools into business websites before, ideally for professional services. Clear communication matters a great deal to us. Please explain your approach in plain language and outline the ongoing running costs we should expect.

Core Responsibilities

Recommend and integrate an AI assistant into the law firm's WordPress and Elementor website to answer first-level questions using approved content and FAQs. Configure appropriate handoffs to the intake team by email, ensure a clear legal-advice disclaimer, and align the chat interface with the existing design and GDPR expectations.
