About FRATCH FRATCH connects companies with highly qualified freelancers and interim experts for demanding project work. For a current client project, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Designer – Web/Landing Page Design & Accessibility (m/f/d) Our client is looking for an interim Senior Designer to support their Dutch branch — Europe’s leading online broker. The project runs for six months from 19 Oct 2026, with a four-week handover until 13 Nov 2026. It’s a full-time role (40 hrs/week) in a hybrid setup (2 days onsite in Amsterdam, 3 days remote). You’ll strengthen the client’s brand and visual identity with a focus on web and landing page design, accessibility, and close stakeholder collaboration. 💡 Your responsibilities Carry out page-by-page visual improvements and accessibility checks on the website, in collaboration with developers Create layouts, banners, and images for mass email campaigns Design Google and social media ads (production mostly handled by an external agency, some in-house) Develop new illustrations within the existing illustration system, ensuring brand cohesion Handle occasional internal branding requests (e.g. from HR) Collaborate with designers in Frankfurt, the development team in Romania, performance marketers, and external agencies 🎯 Your profile Proven experience as a brand and visual designer, with expertise in web and landing page design Solid working knowledge of accessibility standards Strong stakeholder management, particularly with developers, performance marketers, and agencies Fluent English; Dutch is a plus

Core Responsibilities

Improve website pages visually and conduct accessibility checks in collaboration with developers. Create email campaign assets, advertising designs, and illustrations while maintaining brand consistency and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.

Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience as a brand and visual designer, including expertise in web and landing page design, and solid working knowledge of accessibility standards. Strong stakeholder management skills and fluent English are required; Dutch is a plus.
