Role: Senior Delphi Developer Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Experience: 10 years We are seeking an experienced Senior Delphi Developer to join a team responsible for both application maintenance and new product development. The role involves working on enterprise applications, supporting modernization initiatives, and contributing to cloud migration programs. Key Responsibilities Application maintenance, production support, bug fixing, and root cause analysis (RCA). Refactoring, upgrades, and performance optimization of existing applications. Development of new features, enhancements, and automation solutions. Support customer implementations and cloud migration activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Ensure high-quality code through version control and CI/CD best practices. Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in software development. Strong hands-on experience with Delphi 11 / Delphi 13. Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Experience with MS SQL Server. Strong knowledge of: ADO FireDAC Developer Express Components SQL Stored Procedures & Functions Query Performance Optimization Experience with: Microsoft Azure Azure DevOps Git CI/CD Pipelines Confluence SharePoint Preferred Experience Enterprise application development and support. Core Responsibilities

Maintain and support enterprise applications through production support, bug fixing, root cause analysis, refactoring, upgrades, and performance optimization. Develop new features and automation, support customer implementations and cloud migrations, and collaborate across the software lifecycle while following code quality and database performance practices.

Requirements

Requires 10 or more years of software development experience, strong hands-on experience with Delphi 11 or Delphi 13, and expertise in object-oriented programming and Microsoft SQL Server. Relevant experience includes ADO, FireDAC, Developer Express Components, SQL optimization, Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and enterprise application modernization or support.
