You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics: strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering, operational excellence... You will get the opportunity to actively contribute to Sia ’ internal activities: Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting innovation and challenges in on or more of these sectors Business development, by contributing to need definition and participating in our commercial initiatives Qualifications You have completed your Master’s Degree. You have 3 to 5 years’ experience within a consultancy firm. Knowledge of the Financial services sector is a MUST. Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills. Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.. You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer. Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory. What do we offer? Core Responsibilities

Work with clients on strategic positioning, new business orientations, organizational redesign, business re-engineering, and operational excellence. Contribute to developing the firm’s offerings and to business development by defining client needs and supporting commercial initiatives.

Requirements

A completed master’s degree and 3–5 years of consulting experience are required, along with knowledge of the financial services sector. Candidates must have strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills, an interest in data and AI, and Dutch and English communication and presentation skills.
