Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new franchise partners to achieve regional network expansion targets. Conduct regular site visits to monitor outlet operations, assess performance, and ensure compliance with company SOPs. Track operational KPIs, identify issues, and drive corrective actions to improve service quality and delivery performance. Manage franchise partner relationships, implement performance assessments, and support outlet development. Coordinate with sorting centers, transport teams, and customer service to resolve operational issues. Monitor peak-season capacity and manage operational risks. Prepare regular performance reports and ensure compliance with local regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above; Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred. 2–4 years of experience in express delivery, or network management on the Dutch Market. Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus. Strong data analysis, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel frequently across the Benelux region. Requirements
A bachelor's degree or higher is required, with logistics or supply chain management preferred, along with 2–4 years of experience in express delivery or network management in the Dutch market. Candidates should be fluent in English, have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, be willing to travel frequently across Benelux, and preferably hold a valid local driving license; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
