Role Description The Store Manager (Dutch speaker) is a full-time, on-site role based in Rotterdam. In this role, the Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and overall showroom presentation for electric vehicles. The role involves guiding customers through the purchasing process, ensuring a high-quality showroom experience, and providing clear, honest advice about electric mobility solutions. The Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, managing inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role also includes coordinating local marketing activities, maintaining strong communication with brand partners, and fostering a positive, customer-focused team culture. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver a consistently high-quality experience to all visitors and buyers. Strong Communication skills in Dutch and English to engage customers, support team members, and coordinate with brand partners. Store Management experience to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and maintain an organized, effective retail environment. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard inventory, monitor store processes, and ensure compliance with company policies. Experience in automotive or retail environments, preferably with electric vehicles or technology products. Ability to work on-site in Rotterdam with a hands-on approach to customer interactions and team leadership. Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for sales, customer communication, and reporting. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to handle peak customer volumes.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee daily dealership operations, including staffing, scheduling, showroom presentation, inventory, performance tracking, and loss prevention. Guide customers through electric vehicle purchases, achieve sales targets, coordinate local marketing and brand-partner communication, and foster a customer-focused team culture.

Requirements

Requires store management experience, strong customer service and communication skills in Dutch and English, and knowledge of retail loss prevention. Automotive or retail experience is preferred, along with digital-tool proficiency, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on-site in Rotterdam.
