Support the B Lab Europe on integration projects with the International HQ to align systems and ways of working across the organisations (e.g. employee benefits, HRIS). Keep project plans, timelines, and stakeholders organised and accountable, including by anticipating risks and proactively suggest solutions, and by ensuring information is accessible and flows adequately. Support B Lab’s continuous improvement philosophy by suggesting improvement to processes and policies, and implement collaboratively the improvements. People & Culture Support Across HQ and European Subsidiaries - 35%* You will support the People & Culture team in their work with B Lab Europe’s Markets, and within the Amsterdam HQ. You will: Support the development and maintenance of HR and operational policies and processes (e.g. job descriptions, best practices in HR), and ensure their accessibility and understandability. Coordinate the execution of internal processes (e.g. Leave Policy, with sick leave or maternity leave), with the help of internal and expert support for complex cases. Analyse country-specific Operations requirements (i.e. HR, administration) and produce recommendations (e.g. on pension terms, collective agreements, health insurance requirements), with the help of internal and external Operations experts. Operations Support Across Amsterdam HQ and European Subsidiaries - 30%* You will coordinate strategic and daily operations work across our Amsterdam headquarter and our European Markets. You will: Support communication and engagement with local authorities, employer bodies, contractors, and other stakeholders, including in some cases acting as a market-level contact to coordinate the execution of requests to the organisation. Support the operations needs of selected Markets (e.g. technological assets management). Provide administrative and operational support to the Headquarter’s Finance and People & Culture Departments. Identify opportunities to improve processes and policies within the Operations team (e.g. information flow, technology adoption), and execute on their implementation. *The percentage split is indicative and may shift depending on organisational priorities. Not all projects will be active at the same time; priorities will be agreed with the manager and reviewed regularly to ensure the workload remains realistic. Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge A great mix of analytical thinking, ability to work autonomously and across teams, project management skills, and operational understanding. Strong project management skills, including the ability to organise work, track progress, and ensure stakeholders alignment and execution. Strong experience and knowledge of Operations work in a European regulatory context. Experience working across multiple countries and cultures, and engaging internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytics and research skills, with the ability to delve into details while keeping the big picture in mind, and to structure strategic recommendations. The platform also asks a few demographic questions upfront; we only see aggregated statistics to ensure a balanced candidate pool and equal opportunities. Candidates may choose not to answer these questions. After we have reviewed your answers and CV anonymously, you will receive either an invitation for an interview or an explanation if you are not selected for the next stage. We understand that candidates come from different backgrounds and may have varying access to resources.
