As a System Integration Lead, you ensure reliable data flows across the organization and technology solutions align with business needs. YOU WORK FOR WE® As a System Integration Lead, you are responsible for designing, coordinating and overseeing integration solutions across our organization. You connect different applications, platforms and technical systems and ensure they work together reliably. You collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, enterprise architects and technical teams. Together, you translate integration requirements into solutions that fit our architecture and meet the needs of the organization. You have the opportunity to contribute to integration architecture, standards and new technologies. At the same time, you continuously improve our integration processes and help make our IT landscape future-ready. In this role You design, develop and implement integration solutions across multiple applications and platforms. You define and maintain integration architecture, standards, methodologies and best practices. You gather integration requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. You coordinate the full integration lifecycle, from analysis and design to development, testing, deployment and support. You ensure data consistency, security, reliability and performance across integrated systems. You coordinate third-party vendors and implementation partners involved in integration activities. You identify integration risks, dependencies and technical challenges and work on appropriate solutions. You establish monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management procedures for integrated environments. You identify opportunities for improvement and optimize integration processes, tools and technologies. You ensure integration solutions align with internal policies, security standards and relevant regulations. You provide functional and technical guidance to integration specialists and development teams. Where you make an impact You bring knowledge of system integration, application architecture or middleware through education and/or relevant work experience. You have experience with APIs, web services, ETL processes, cloud integration and enterprise integration patterns. You have experience with integration technologies such as Azure Integration Services, Oracle Integration Platform, MuleSoft or similar platforms. You understand complex application landscapes and can translate integration requirements into reliable and scalable solutions. Je werkt samen met business stakeholders, projectmanagers, enterprise architects en technische teams. Samen vertalen jullie integratievraagstukken naar oplossingen die passen binnen onze architectuur en aansluiten op de behoeften van de organisatie. Je krijgt ruimte om mee te denken over integratiearchitectuur, standaarden en nieuwe technologieën. Daarbij werk je continu aan het verbeteren van onze integratieprocessen en het toekomstbestendig maken van ons IT-landschap. In deze rol Je ontwerpt, ontwikkelt en implementeert integratieoplossingen voor verschillende applicaties en platformen. Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt integratiearchitectuur, standaarden, methodes en best practices. Je brengt integratiebehoeften in kaart en vertaalt deze naar passende technische oplossingen. Je coördineert de volledige integratielevenscyclus, van analyse en ontwerp tot ontwikkeling, testen, implementatie en beheer. Je bewaakt de consistentie, beveiliging, betrouwbaarheid en performance van data binnen geïntegreerde systemen. Je coördineert externe leveranciers en implementatiepartners die betrokken zijn bij integratievraagstukken. Je identificeert risico’s, afhankelijkheden en technische uitdagingen en werkt aan passende oplossingen. Je richt monitoring, troubleshooting en incidentmanagement voor geïntegreerde omgevingen in. Je signaleert mogelijkheden voor verbetering en optimaliseert integratieprocessen, tools en technologieën. Je zorgt dat integratieoplossingen aansluiten op interne richtlijnen, securitystandaarden en relevante regelgeving. Je biedt technische en functionele richting aan integratiespecialisten en developmentteams. Waar jij impact maakt Je brengt kennis van system integration, applicatiearchitectuur of middleware mee via een opleiding en/of relevante werkervaring. Je hebt ervaring met API’s, webservices, ETL-processen, cloudintegratie en enterprise integration patterns. Je hebt ervaring met integratietechnologieën zoals Azure Integration Services, Oracle Integration Platform, MuleSoft of vergelijkbare platformen. Je begrijpt complexe applicatielandschappen en kunt integratievraagstukken vertalen naar betrouwbare en schaalbare oplossingen. Je communiceert duidelijk met verschillende stakeholders en kunt technische vraagstukken verbinden aan de behoeften van de organisatie. Core Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee integration solutions across applications and platforms, managing the full lifecycle from requirements and architecture through deployment and support. Maintain integration standards and reliability, coordinate vendors and technical teams, address risks and incidents, and continuously improve integration processes.

Requirements

Candidates should have knowledge of system integration, application architecture, or middleware through education and/or relevant experience, along with experience in APIs, web services, ETL, cloud integration, and enterprise integration patterns. They should be familiar with platforms such as Azure Integration Services, Oracle Integration Platform, or MuleSoft, and be able to develop scalable solutions and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
