What we offer: €14 per hour guaranteed €10 bonus per activated contract 100% remote Full-time mission (35 hours per week) Monday to Friday schedule (between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM) Dedicated onboarding and ongoing support What you'll do: Contact existing business partners from a provided portfolio Introduce a new payment terminal solution and explain its benefits Guide partners through the installation and activation process Answer questions and address concerns with professionalism and empathy Support partners throughout the onboarding journey until activation is completed Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM Who we're looking for: Excellent verbal communication skills Comfortable speaking with different types of business partners Ability to quickly understand and explain technical processes in a simple way Strong listening and relationship-building skills Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented Comfortable using basic digital tools Registered freelancer Located in Netherlands Native or fluent Dutch speaker Bonus points if you have: Experience in customer onboarding, account management, customer success, telesales, or B2B customer relations Experience using CRM tools Experience working with business customers About Sqwad Sqwad is a French company based in Paris, operating across Europe and Canada — and now expanding into the U.S. market. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Applicants must be registered freelancers located in the Netherlands and be native or fluent Dutch speakers. They should communicate clearly, explain technical processes simply, build relationships with empathy, and be comfortable using basic digital tools.
