- Utilitaire nieuwbouw en renovatie in onderwijs, zorg en publieke gebouwen.
- Duurzame transities met focus op energieprestatie, comfort en circulariteit.
- Integrale projecten met commissioning en kwaliteitsborging op locatie.
- Hbo/wo in installatietechniek of bouwkunde; ervaring met projectleiding of klaar voor de volgende stap.
- Sterk in stakeholdermanagement, integraliteit en kwaliteitsborging; gestructureerd en besluitvaardig.
- Bekend met BENG/TO en BIM‑gestuurd ontwerpen; analytisch, communicatief en oplossingsgericht.
- Salaris: €4.200 – €4.800 bruto p/m (fulltime), afhankelijk van ervaring.
- 30 vakantiedagen per jaar en reiskostenvergoeding (€0,34/km).

Core Responsibilities
You will lead installation advice projects from design to completion, ensuring technical and sustainable functionality. You act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and multidisciplinary teams while managing quality, planning, and budgets.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in installation technology or construction engineering. Strong skills in stakeholder management, quality assurance, and familiarity with BENG/TO calculations and BIM-driven design are required.
