Job Description
- Wonen, werken, zorg en onderwijs met focus op energieprestatie en binnenklimaat.
- Duurzame nieuwbouw en renovaties met integrale ketensamenwerking.
- Landelijke portefeuille met utiliteits‑ en publieke gebouwen.
- Afgeronde wo‑ opleiding, bij voorkeur richting werktuigbouwkundige (gebouw)installaties.
- Minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring in het vakgebied als adviseur/ontwerper.
- Verbindende teamspeler met overtuigingskracht en passie voor duurzame concepten.
- Salaris: €5.000 – €6.500 bruto p/m (fulltime), afhankelijk van ervaring.
- 26 vakantiedagen (fulltime) plus de week tussen kerst en oud & amp; nieuw vrij.
- Mobiliteitsvergoeding of NS‑Business Card, laptop en telefoon, goede pensioenregeling.
- Bedrijfsfitness op locatie en werken in een kennisgedreven, collegiaal team (circa 30 collega’s).
- Werkwijze: hybride samenwerken; kantoor, thuis en klant‑on‑site.
Core Responsibilities
You will design and optimize sustainable mechanical building installations while advising clients on healthy building solutions. You are responsible for the quality, progress, and financial management of your multidisciplinary projects.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a university degree (WO) in mechanical or building installations engineering. A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience as an advisor or designer is required.
