Wij zijn op zoek naar een proces operator bij Abbott Weesp!
Wat ga je doen?
- Uitvoeren van visuele controles op inkomende materialen en controleren op kwaliteit en integriteit.
- Uitvoeren van procescontroles en registreren van resultaten volgens de geldende procedures.
- Bedienen van machines volgens veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en operationele normen en bijdragen aan een hoogwaardig eindproduct.
- Storingen signaleren en direct actie ondernemen om problemen op te lossen.
- Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden door bijvoorbeeld de beschikbaarheid van materialen te controleren.
- Structureel registreren van procesgegevens, KPI's en relevante kwaliteitsinformatie.
- Technische begeleiding bieden aan operators in opleiding en collega's ondersteunen bij hun ontwikkeling.
- Verzorgen van on-the-job training en technische coaching in afstemming met de teamleider.

Core Responsibilities
The process operator is responsible for performing quality and integrity checks on materials while operating machinery according to safety and operational standards. They also document process data, track KPIs, and provide technical coaching to colleagues.
Requirements
The role requires the ability to perform visual inspections and maintain strict adherence to quality procedures. Candidates should be capable of troubleshooting technical issues and supporting the development of other operators.
