Wat ga je doen?
Jouw taken:
- Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en leveranciers
- Je maakt offertes en bevestigingen op voor groepsreizen
- Je vraagt informatie en productaanbod op bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen, hotels en lokale agenten
- Je onderhandelt met leveranciers en signaleert (betalings-)problemen
- Je stelt draaiboeken op en houdt het CRM-systeem bij
- Je verwerkt opties, definitieve reserveringen en nieuwe offerteaanvragen
- Je verzorgt reispapieren en ondersteunt bij projectmanagement

Wie ben jij?
- Je volgt een hbo-opleiding Toerisme of Business Management
- Je bent proactief en stressbestendig
- Je kunt zelfstandig en in teamverband werken
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift
- Je kunt goed overleg met Word en Excel
- Je bent beschikbaar voor een meewerkstage vanaf februari 2027

Core Responsibilities
The intern will assist in organizing custom group trips, events, and incentives by maintaining contact with clients and suppliers. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, managing reservations, drafting itineraries, and supporting project management tasks.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a higher education program (HBO) in Tourism or Business Management. Excellent command of the Dutch language and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
