Als stagiair help je ons Groups & Incentives team bij het bouwen van slimme workflows en automatiseringen die ons groepsreisproces efficiënter maken. Je werkt met moderne tools zoals Power Automate, Dynamics, AI Builder en Copilot Studio.
Wat ga je doen?
Jouw taken:
- Je helpt bij het bouwen en versnellen van slimme workflows voor groepsreizen
- Je ontwikkelt AI-agents en automatiseringen met Power Automate, Dynamics, AI Builder en Copilot Studio
- Je werkt aan het automatiseren van processen: van intake tot voorstel, wijzigingen, reizigersinformatie en draaiboeken
- Je test en optimaliseert workflows
- Je werkt nauw samen met het Groups & Incentives team

Wie ben jij?
- Je volgt een hbo-opleiding Business IT & Management (of vergelijkbaar)
- Je hebt affiniteit met automatisering en AI-oplossingen (ervaring met Copilot Studio is een pré)
- Je bent proactief en denkt in oplossingen
- Je kunt zelfstandig en in teamverband werken
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed in woord en geschrift
- Je bent beschikbaar voor een meewerkstage vanaf februari 2027

Core Responsibilities
The intern will assist the Groups & Incentives team by developing AI-driven workflows and agents using Microsoft Power Platform. Responsibilities include testing, optimizing processes, and collaborating with the team to improve group travel operations.
Requirements
Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business IT & Management or a related field. Proficiency in Dutch and English, along with a proactive mindset and affinity for AI and automation, is required.
