Functieomschrijving
- samenwerken met enthousiaste collega's aan een klantenportefeuille wat bestaat uit grote (inter)nationale bedrijven;
- werken aan vraagstukken rondom belasting op leidingwater, afvalstoffenbelasting, energiebelasting, kolenbelasting, vliegbelasting en CO2- heffing, waarbij de focus ligt op de energiebelasting;
- bedenken van oplossingen en mogelijkheden op het gebied van milieubelastingen;
- het voeren van overleggen met uitvoeringsorganisaties zoals de Belastingdienst en de Nederlandse Emissie autoriteit (NEa);
- openstaan als het aanspreekpunt voor de klant bij het bespreken van de uitgevoerde opdrachten;
- opzoek gaan naar mogelijkheden in de markt.
Functie-eisen
Natuurlijk blijf je altijd scherp op details en bekijk je zaken vanuit andere invalshoeken. Bovenal durf je jezelf te zijn. De ware jij. Met je eigen sterke punten, blik op de wereld en persoonlijkheid. Verder heb jij als (Senior) Consultant Milieubelasting:
- een WO-master in fiscale richting;
- een aantal jaar ervaring in een fiscale functie en affiniteit met duurzaamheidsvraagstukken en de gas- en elektriciteitsmarkt;
- een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift;
- commerciële vaardigheden om relaties op te bouwen en een netwerk te onderhouden.

Momenteel staan we voor een enorme uitdaging op het gebied van milieu en klimaatverandering. In onze veranderende maatschappij worden milieubelastingen dan ook prominenter binnen het Nederlandse belastingstelsel. Naast de energiebelasting, zullen de overige milieubelastingen steeds bepalender worden in de bedrijfsvoering van onze klanten. Het adviseren van onze klanten op dit terrein onderscheidt Deloitte als fiscaal adviseur en helpt klanten toekomstbestendig vooruit te bewegen.
Core Responsibilities
You will advise a portfolio of large national and international clients on environmental taxes, including energy, waste, and CO2 levies. Additionally, you will manage relationships with tax authorities and identify new market opportunities for sustainability-related tax solutions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a fiscal discipline and possess several years of experience in a tax-related role. Strong proficiency in both Dutch and English, along with commercial acumen and an affinity for the energy market, is required.
