Overview

Job Description

Do you look beyond the campaign itself and immediately see which media partner, publication, radio station, festival, or PR opportunity can take a brand further? As Brand Activation Manager, you will work across branded content, brand partnerships, PR, and live activations. You will help develop and deliver creative collaborations, build relationships with media partners and suppliers, and find relevant, surprising ways to bring brands to life. From partnerships with national magazines or radio stations to festival activations and PR launches, no two days are the same. You will join an ambitious team where you can continue to develop while making an impact from day one.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand activation strategies: Help translate brand objectives into relevant moments, stories, partnerships, and activations in close collaboration with senior team members.
  • Identify and engage partners: Research suitable magazines, publishers, radio stations, festivals, events, and other cultural or media partners, and support initial outreach.
  • Deliver branded content and partnerships: Help shape creative collaborations from concept and partner selection through content formats, distribution, production, and live activation, while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Support PR activities: Contribute to PR plans, press lists, media outreach, press materials, press releases, monitoring, and coordination with internal and external PR specialists.
  • Support negotiations: Help prepare agreements covering scope, deliverables, rights, timelines, budgets, and visibility.
  • Create campaign and partner briefs: Develop clear and inspiring briefs for media partners, production agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate production and live activations: Support the practical organization of branded content productions, events, and festival activations, keeping actions, materials, deadlines, and on-site coordination on track.
  • Monitor performance: Track reach, publicity, content performance, engagement, and other agreed KPIs, and support analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with planning and budgets: Monitor schedules, budgets, quotations, and invoices, and contribute to evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate across disciplines: Work with colleagues in strategy, creative, media, social, influencer marketing, and PR to connect activations to broader brand and communication objectives.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Follow developments in branded content, media, entertainment, culture, events, partnerships, and PR, and share relevant opportunities with the team.

  • A strong understanding of the fast-evolving brand activation landscape and a genuine interest in social media, branded content, and digital trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment.
