Ons volledig gerenoveerde hotel heeft 113 kamers waarin gasten genieten van een heerlijk verblijf. Gelegen naast de historische Passage in Den Haag, vind je ons restaurant Gallery61, waar lokale leveranciers en kunst centraal staan.

Ben jij een enthousiaste en gastvrije professional met ervaring in de hotellerie? Heb jij een passie voor hospitality en wil je werken in het bruisende hart van Den Haag? Dan is dit jouw kans! Wij zoeken een gedreven Front Office Supervisor (4-5 dagen per week) om ons team bij Novotel Den Haag City Centre te versterken.
Jouw rol
Als Front Office Supervisor ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en zorg je ervoor dat zij een onvergetelijk verblijf ervaren. Je leidt het Front Office-team en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie. Je bewaakt de servicekwaliteit, motiveert je collega's en zorgt ervoor dat alle procedures vlekkeloos verlopen. Als echte teamspeler steek je graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen en vind je het geen probleem om, wanneer de operatie daarom vraagt, ook af en toe een weekend- of andere dienst mee te draaien om je team te ondersteunen.
