• Manage key customers within the assigned region, acting as their main point of contact and overseeing the entire order process from initial placement through final delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.
• Process and manage customer orders in JDE Oracle, including manual and EDI orders, ensuring accurate pricing, product information, and stock allocation.
• Process and manage orders in various customer and 3PL warehouse portals, maintaining strong communication with both the customer and fulfillment team.
• Coordinate order modifications, stock availability, delivery scheduling, and shipping requirements.
• Ensure all products and deliveries comply with customer guidelines and applicable EU toy safety and labeling requirements.
• Monitor order fulfillment, ensuring goods are picked, packed, and dispatched according to customer expectations.
• Review open orders regularly, proactively communicating updates, delays, and potential issues to customers and internal teams.
• Take ownership of resolving order-related issues, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain allocation priorities based on business needs.
• Continually revise the open orderbook for all customers in the region, regularly updating the order management team.

• Assist the sales team with various clerical duties relating to customer compliance. Specifics: complete customer catalogues using Jakks pricing, logistics data, images, and item codes. Collaborate with customers directly to ensure the order process runs smoothly (from beginning to end). 

• Follow up with customers. Specifics : review POS data and customer inventory to solicit replenishment orders. Prepare inventory reports and communicate with various customers to determine which stock needs to be replenished.

• Provide support for miscellaneous operational or sales initiatives as needed, including special projects, one-off campaigns, or urgent stock adjustments. Use understanding of different aspects of the business to complete miscellaneous tasks as necessary. Provide support when needed to various members of the Jakks team.

• Compensation: JAKKS Pacific offers a competitive salary. Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience, qualifications, locations, and education and typically ranges from €38,000 - €45,000
