Job Description

As an Okta Auth0 specialist at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions with a specific focus on Okta Auth0 for our clients. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into technical implementations. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) solutions using Okta Auth0. Configure and optimize workflows, policies, and federations within Okta Auth0. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business challenges and translate them into technical requirements Provide expert advice and guidance on Okta Auth0 best practices and IAM strategies Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. Coach colleagues and train teams on Okta Auth0 functionalities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cyber security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. Fluent in Dutch (strongly preferred) and English. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into technical requirements. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM business analysis, engineering, or consulting. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Okta Auth0 (mandatory). Proven expertise and knowledge of IAM principles and solutions. Practical experience with Identity Governance solutions, with a strong focus on Okta Auth0. Certifications: Certifications in Okta Auth0 (mandatory). Certifications in other IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, or PingIdentity (preferred). Certifications in Azure/Entra ID. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SABSA or TOGAF frameworks. CompTIA Security+.

Core Responsibilities

Design, implement, configure, and manage Okta Auth0 CIAM solutions, including workflows, policies, and federations. Advise stakeholders on IAM strategies and best practices, support security and regulatory compliance, and coach and train colleagues.

Requirements

Requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, fluency in English and preferably Dutch, and at least three years of IAM experience, including two or more years of hands-on Okta Auth0 experience. Mandatory Okta Auth0 certification and practical identity governance experience are required; other IAM and Azure/Entra ID certifications, SABSA or TOGAF knowledge, and CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
